Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with every job. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- Free with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: a late fee of $[AMOUNT] may apply
- No-show or no access at the scheduled time: a trip fee of $[AMOUNT] may apply
If we need to reschedule
If weather, illness or an emergency stops us, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule at no extra cost.
Satisfaction promise
If something isn’t right with an in-home service, tell us within 48 hours. We’ll come back and fix it at no charge.
Refunds for in-home services
If we cannot fix the issue, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Online design services
Deposits for logo and website projects are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel mid-project, you pay only for the work completed.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
