These Terms of Service govern your use of anythinginnova.com and the services provided by Anything in NOVA. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide local services in Northern Virginia (such as moving help, cleaning and mobile notary services) and online services (such as logo and website design).
Bookings and quotes
A booking is confirmed once we agree on the job, the price and the time. Quotes are based on the information you give us; if the job is larger than described, we will discuss any price change before continuing.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Online design projects may require a deposit before work begins.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate details about the job and location
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Have items (e.g. furniture boxes) ready when we arrive
- Secure pets and valuables
Damage and liability
We take care in every job. If damage happens because of our work, tell us within 48 hours and we will work with you to fix it. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, to the extent allowed by law.
Mobile notary services
Notary services are performed by a notary commissioned in the Commonwealth of Virginia and take place in Virginia. Notary fees follow Virginia law ($10 per notarial act), plus any travel fee agreed before the appointment. Signers must show valid photo ID and sign in the notary’s presence. Our notary may refuse to notarize if identity or willingness cannot be confirmed. A notary is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice or prepare legal documents.
Online design work
After full payment, you own the final logo or website files delivered to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
